Byko Journeys

I recently booked a Yulla Kanda package with Bykos Journey, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. After discussion, the package was confirmed at ₹6,700 per person, and we booked it for 4 people. The departure point shared was Rohini Sector 18 at 8:30 PM. First, the traveller itself arrived around 10 PM, causing a delay right from the beginning. There were no water bottles provided in the traveller, and when we asked about it, we were directly told that they won’t be providing any from their side. The bigger issue was the briefing experience. The person who came for the briefing, Mayank, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not seem prepared, and during the briefing he suddenly informed us that we would need to pay an additional ₹200 per person during the trek because the traveller would not go till the trek starting location and another vehicle had to be arranged. The issue was never about paying ₹200 extra — it was about transparency. Since this is their regular work, they would already know that the traveller cannot reach the final point and that another vehicle would be required. This should have been communicated before booking, not at the last moment after everyone had already arrived. When one of us questioned the same, instead of explaining professionally, Mayank started shouting and spoke very rudely. This kind of behaviour is not expected from someone representing a travel company. Another disappointing part was the travel experience. When we reached the hilly area, the weather was extremely hot and everyone started feeling uncomfortable because of the congested seats and heat inside the traveller. When we requested the driver to turn on the AC, instead of understanding the situation, he started shouting and said that if we asked again, he would stop the traveller, not continue the journey, and throw everyone’s luggage out. This behaviour was completely unacceptable and made the journey stressful. The trek experience itself was okay, but the management, communication, and overall arrangements from Bykos Journey were extremely disappointing. We had previously booked a Jibhi package with them and had a really great experience, which was the reason we trusted them again for Yulla Kanda. Sadly, this time the service did not match our expectations at all. Hope they seriously work on transparency, basic arrangements, and especially the way their team and drivers communicate with customers.

We really enjoyed the our full spiti circuit tour with shiva from bykojourneys, it was a lot of fun and well organised. It was an amazing trip and everything so well planned and oragnised that i just had to bother about packing my bags, rest everything was seamless. I would like to thank shiva and his team for such a wonderful experience throughout. We will travel again with you... keep up good work... cheers !!!

I recently traveled from Delhi to Udaipur with Byko Journeys, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The itinerary was perfectly planned—well-structured, to the point, and covered all the must-visit places without feeling rushed. A special mention to our captain, Sachin Kumar, who made the trip even better. He was extremely helpful, patient, and approachable throughout the journey, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. His guidance and support really stood out. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and I would definitely recommend Byko Journeys for anyone planning to explore Udaipur!
