Travel Coffee is a Himachal-focused operator built around road trips and treks into Spiti, Zanskar, Kinnaur and the Tirthan/Jibhi belt. Their groups skew young — 20s to early 30s, a lot of solo joiners, friend gangs and the occasional workation crowd. The vibe is hostel-bus energy: long drives, chai stops, shared dorms, late-night bonfires. They know the offbeat Spiti circuit well, but this is not a luxury or slow-travel outfit — expect packed days and basic stays.

What To Expect

Typically Included
  • Tempo traveller or SUV transport from Delhi/Chandigarh (shared)
  • Accommodation in hotels, homestays and dorms (twin/triple sharing)
  • Daily breakfast and dinner (mostly veg, local Himachali)
  • Trip captain / tour leader for the full duration
  • Inner line permits for Spiti, Kinnaur and Nubra-side checkpoints
  • Sightseeing as per fixed itinerary
  • Bonfire and music nights at camps
  • Oxygen cylinder and basic first-aid on the vehicle
  • Toll, parking and driver charges
  • Some operators include a welcome drink or briefing session
Typically NOT Included
  • Travel insurance (almost never bundled)
  • Lunch on most days — budget ₹300-500/day
  • Personal expenses: laundry, snacks, sim cards, medicines
  • Alcohol and cigarettes (banned in some Spiti stretches anyway)
  • Adventure add-ons: paragliding, river rafting, ATV, yak rides
  • Last-mile transport from your home city to the pickup point
  • Porter or mule charges on treks
  • Monastery donations, camera fees, entry tickets at some sites
  • Emergency evacuation or medical costs
  • Anything caused by landslide, road closure or weather delays
Best For
Solo travellers in their 20s who want a ready-made group to tag along withFriend gangs looking for a budget Spiti or Kinnaur road trip without planning logisticsFirst-time Himachal visitors who want the offbeat circuit (Jibhi, Shangarh, Sissu) covered
Less Ideal For
Travellers expecting slow, relaxed pacing or premium hotels — days here are long and stays are basicFamilies with young kids or elderly parents — high-altitude drives and dorm-style stays get uncomfortable fast

We booked our Manali–Jibhi–Kasol–Shangarh trip with Travel Coffee and it honestly felt like travelling under the care of someone who genuinely knows the mountains. Every part of the route had its own charm, but what made the trip truly

We use 'TravelCoffee' for our girls trip to get Cab service to Jibhi-Shoja-Kasol-Manali in August & our coordinator Anjali was fantastic. Communication was quick & clear from the start. Every transfer, places and tour was perfectly coordinated, meaning we didn't have to strees about a single logistic detail. We felt safe all over the trip and enjoyed fully. Highly recommended for a stress free vacation.

Had a wonderful experience with Travel Coffee! The entire trip was well planned and smoothly organized from start to finish. A special thanks to our trip advisor, Ramakant Dhiman, for being responsive, helpful, and ensuring everything was well coordinated throughout the booking process. Our driver was experienced, friendly, and made the journey comfortable. The hotel stays were good, and the overall support from the team was excellent. Narkanda, Sangla, Chitkul, and Kalpa were all beautiful, with Chitkul being the highlight of our trip. Overall, it was a peaceful, memorable, and hassle-free experience. Thank you to the entire Travel Coffee team. Highly recommended!
