Yes. Most Treki Travels departures are group trips, and solo travellers are welcome to join them. Travellers can book individually and become part of a group of fellow explorers. Our trips are particularly suited to young travellers, adventure seekers and people looking to experience the mountains without planning the entire journey themselves.

Most packages include accommodation and transportation during the trip, along with sightseeing or activities mentioned in the itinerary and support from a Trip Captain or Trek Leader. Regular group trips generally include breakfast and dinner, while trekking packages generally include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Exact inclusions always depend on the individual package.

Treki Travels follows a time-based cancellation and refund policy. If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before the trip departure date, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable. For cancellations made 16–29 days before departure, 25% of the total booking amount is refundable. Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable. The registration/booking amount is non-refundable. No refund is provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departure, unused services, or cancellations due to personal reasons. In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road blockages, or safety concerns, no cash refund shall be applicable. Depending on the circumstances, Treki Travels may offer rescheduling or travel credits at its sole discretion. Where a refund is applicable, Treki Travels generally processes it within 7–14 working days.

Himalayan travel can be affected by weather, road closures, natural events, government restrictions and other circumstances beyond the operator's control. Treki Travels may modify the itinerary, reschedule the trip or take other appropriate measures depending on the situation and applicable trip policies. Traveller safety and practical execution of the journey remain the priority.

The team confirms availability, provides the relevant booking details and assists with the booking and payment process.
