Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1Commencing the Voyage in Vienna We will embark on this journey from Vienna by boarding the “MS Crucestar” or equivalent. Registration begins at 4:00 PM. Welcome drinks and dinner are included.

Day 2Vienna - Navigation - Cruise Directly following breakfast we deboard the cruise for an expansive tour of Vienna including the Ringstrasse, the Vienna State Opera, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Hofburg Palace.

Day 3Navigation - Dürnstein - Wachau - Melk- Navigation - Cruise Starting with the historic village of Dürnstein, today we will dedicate the day to exploring the Danube stretch on the Wachau Valley. In the afternoon visit the Melk village including its grand abbey.

Day 4Navigation - Linz - Navigation - Cruise Today we will visit Linz the capital of Upper Austria. After a walking tour, you have the option of either exploring on your own or optional visit to Cesky Krumlov.

Day 5Navigation - Bratislava - Navigation - Cruise Arrive in Bratislava early in the morning. After breakfast head for a walking tour of the city including the old town hall, Hlavne Namestie square.

Day 6Navigation - Budapest - Navigation - Cruise After arriving early in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, we will have a city tour post breakfast, visiting symbolic landmarks such as the Fisherman’s Bastian, the Synagogue, and St. Stephen’s Basilica.

Day 7Navigation - Esztergom - Navigation - Cruise By morning we will turn up at Esztergom for its Basilica visit. In the afternoon we will sail along the Bend, one of the most beautiful parts of the Danube.

Day 8Navigation - Stepping ashore in Vienna | Trip Ends Upon arrival at 7 AM, after breakfast, deboard the cruise. It is compulsory for all the passengers to leave their cabins.
