Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1Drive from Rishikesh to Joshimath | 260 km. Assemble at ISBT Bus Stand and drive to Joshimath, witnessing holy sangams. Overnight at Joshimath.

Day 2Joshimath to Tugasi (14 km) | Trek to Guling (9,400 ft - 4 km). Trek through Himalayan hamlets and forests. Overnight in camps at Guling.

Day 3Trek from Guling to Khullara (12,000 ft) | 6 km. Ascend through oak and rhododendron forests to alpine meadows. Overnight in camps at Khullara.

Day 4Trek to Kuari Pass (12,750 ft) | Back to Khullara (6 km). Summit for 360 degree Himalayan views including Chaukhamba, Nilkantha, Nanda Devi. Overnight at Khullara.

Day 5Khullara to Tugasi (12 km) | Drive to Joshimath (14 km). Descend and drive back. Overnight at Joshimath.

Day 6Drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh | Trek Ends. Morning drive back to Rishikesh. Trek concludes.

Inclusions

Transportation: Tempo Traveler/Bolero or similar (from Rishikesh to Rishikesh).
Accommodation on sharing basis: 2 nights in hotel/guesthouse (Joshimath), 1 night in camps (Guling) and 2 nights in camps (Khullara). Camps are Dome/Alpine.
Meals: Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner with complimentary Evening Tea & Snacks (starting from Evening Snacks on Day 1 till Breakfast on Day 6). All provided meals are vegetarian except egg in Joshimath only.
Well qualified and experienced trek leader and support staff.
All necessary entry fees and forest permits.
First-Aid medical kits for emergencies.
Camping & trekking equipment - sleeping bags, snow gaiters, microspikes & rope (if required).
Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes.
