Day 1Arrival in Negombo | Day at Leisure — Touchdown at Bandaranaike International Airport, where your Sri Lankan adventure begins! Head to Negombo, a delightful coastal town known for its golden beaches and vibrant fishing community. After you’ve checked into your cozy hotel, enjoy your leisure day, feel the warm tropical breeze, and let the charm of this seaside town start your journey off on the right foot. Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 2Negombo to Kandy | Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage — After a hearty breakfast, you head to Kandy, the cultural heartbeat of Sri Lanka. Our first stop is the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you will witness elephants in their element—playing in the river and munching on tasty treats. Next, head to Kandy, nestled amid lush hills and scenic beauty. In the evening, be dazzled by a vibrant cultural show and visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, a sacred site that’s a treasure trove of history and spirituality. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 3Kandy to Nuwara Eliya | Ambuluwawa Tower | Ramboda Falls — Have a filling breakfast and get ready for a day of breathtaking views and cool mountain air! First, climb the Ambuluwawa Tower, offering panoramic views that are nothing short of spectacular. Then, you will swing by the Hanuman Temple at Ramboda Falls View Point, a spot linked to epic legends and local lore. Our next adventure takes us to a traditional tea factory, where you will see the art of tea-making and enjoy a fresh cup of Sri Lankan tea. As you journey through the scenic hill country, you will reach Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4Ella Sightseeing | Seetha Amman Temple | Nine Arches Bridge | Transfer to Galle — Today, after breakfast you are off to Ella, a gem nestled in the hills that’s brimming with adventure. Start with a visit to the Seetha Amman Temple, a site steeped in the legends of the Ramayana. Don’t miss the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, a railway marvel that looks like something out of a storybook. Capture stunning photos and enjoy the picturesque views. Marvel at the majestic Ravana Falls, a cascading wonder that’s a sight to behold. After a day of exploration, you will head to Galle.
Day 5Galle Sightseeing | Dutch Reformed Church | Galle Lighthouse — After breakfast, you will start your day exploring Galle. Then, explore Galle Fort, a charming historic area with Dutch colonial architecture and cobblestone streets. Visit the Dutch Reformed Church and climb the Galle Lighthouse for panoramic views of the ocean. This day, you are traveling to Bentota. En route, you will visit the Turtle Hatchery to learn about the efforts to protect sea turtles and see adorable baby turtles in action. In the afternoon, continue to Bentota for your beach vibes.
Day 6Bentota to Colombo — After breakfast, spend some leisure time at the beach. After that, you will head to Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, where you can explore the city’s vibrant culture, do some last-minute shopping at local markets, and experience the bustling nightlife. From trendy bars to lively casinos, Colombo has something for everyone. En route, you will visit Gangaramaya Temple, a place of Buddhist worship and a learning center. Upon reaching Colombo, check in to your hotel and spend your last day at leisure.
Day 7Departure from Colombo — It’s time to bid adieu to Sri Lanka. You’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight post breakfast. As you head to the airport, carry with you the unforgettable memories of your Sri Lanka tour, a journey filled with beauty, culture, and adventure.
