Day 1Arrival in Varanasi and Evening Ganga Aarti Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to your hotel. After freshening up, head to the ghats of the holy river Ganges. Witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat as the priests perform rituals accompanied by chants and the lighting of lamps. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2Morning Boat Ride and Varanasi Sightseeing Early morning, embark on a boat ride along the river Ganges to witness the ethereal sunrise and observe the rituals being performed by the devotees. Disembark at the ghats and take a walk through the narrow alleys of Varanasi, exploring the bustling markets, temples, and famous landmarks like Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, and the Banaras Hindu University. In the evening, visit the famous Manikarnika Ghat, one of the holiest cremation grounds in Varanasi. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 3Sarnath Excursion and Departure After breakfast, visit Sarnath, a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site located a short distance from Varanasi. Explore the Dhamek Stupa, Sarnath Museum, Chaukhandi Stupa, and other important Buddhist sites, where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Learn about the rich history and significance of Sarnath. Later, transfer to the Varanasi airport or railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of the tour.
