Day 1Drive from Guwahati to Ziro — Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport , our team will be there to warmly welcome you and assist you as you begin your journey. From here, set off on a scenic road trip to the enchanting Ziro Valley , with the drive beginning at 10:00 AM . Along the way, enjoy the changing landscapes of Assam, from lush tea gardens and rolling hills to quiet countryside views that make the journey just as memorable as the destination. Day 2Arrival in Ziro | Ziro Music Festival — Start your day with a refreshing breakfast at the campsite. The highlight of the day is a personal visit to an Apatani family’s home , a rare and meaningful cultural experience. The Apatani community is one of Arunachal’s most distinctive indigenous groups. They are globally admired for their highly sustainable paddy-cum-fish cultivation system & iconic facial tattoos and nose plugs ( yaping hullo ) historically worn by Apatani women to deter kidnapping by rival tribes. After the morning experiences, return to the campsite for a filling lunch. Post lunch
Day 3Ziro sightseeing + Ziro Music Festival — After breakfast, we’ll head out to explore Ziro and discover its scenic and cultural highlights. Return to the campsite, where a hot and satisfying lunch will be served. Post lunch, head out once again to immerse yourself in Day 2 of the Ziro Festival of Music , where another evening of Pulsating performances awaits. You can explore more of Ziro with optional add-ons like Helipad Ground for valley views and Siddheshwar Nath Temple , known for its giant natural Shivling. Day 4Day 3 of Ziro Music Festival — Wake up at leisure, enjoy a filling breakfast. Today is intentionally kept relaxed so you can truly pause, breathe in the mountain air, and soak in the calm beauty of the picturesque Ziro Valley . So choose to unwind at the campsite, take a quiet walk through the surrounding rice fields, sip on something warm while admiring the hills, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that makes Ziro so special. Day 5Fishing Experience + Ziro Music Festival — Today brings you one of the most unique and memorable cultural experiences of the trip, Traditional Paddy Fishing . Step into the shallow waters of Ziro’s paddy fields and take part in a joyful local activity where participants use traditional fishing methods to catch fish in the fields. After Paddy Fishing, return to the campsite, freshen up, and enjoy a filling lunch. With your heart full of memories and your playlist richer than ever, begin your return journey to Guwahati after breakfast. As you drive back through the changing landscapes of the Northeast, take one last moment to relive the laughter, the music, the friendships, and the experiences that made this journey so special. After reaching Guwahati, guests will be provided with an overnight stay here.
